NEW cancellation text line - if  you need to cancel an appointment we now have a cancellation line, you will need to text your name, dob, time of appointment and who it is with, we will then cancel the appointment  - please note this number is only for text messages and will NOT be answered.

Named GP - You may be aware that all practices are required to provide all their patients with a named GP who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides to them. 

The named GP will have overall responsibility for the care and support that the  surgery provides to the patient. This does not prevent the patient from seeing any GP in the practice as you currently do.  You can request a specific named GP (requests will be considered).

Patients do not need to take any further action, but if you have any questions, or wish to discuss this further with us, please contact us.

Disabled Access

 

Car parking is available for the disabled. All patient areas are  accessible to people using a wheelchair. Toilets are designed for use by the disabled.
